RMN60 after modding

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Sep 14, 2007	Hello there.. After installing Ultimate Car Pack V9 to fresh GTA IV, I'm getting RMN60 error on startup. Is there any fix for this? Did not succeed on searching. btw. my GTA IV is steam version (newest patch).
