Comrades of Algonquin- GTA 4 and GTA 5 clan. TBOGT on GTA 4.
Welcome Comrades and visitors!!! I hope that you find this thread informative. The COA is a Military-Based clan that utilizes many fighting elements in order to take down enemies in a tactical way. You might be thinking to yourself, "What kinds of elements are used in battle?" Examples of different elements include: Air-to-Air, Air-to-Ground, Ground-to-Ground, and occasionally Ground-to-Air. "Who is considered an enemy?" Anybody who is on COA property and in an attack helicopter or APC. Basically, the enemy is anyone who threatens the peace on our turf. To make the clan more realistic, we don't roleplay in private matches. Instead, we're actually out there in the real free modes, reclaiming territory in each. Before we can even go to a free mode, Comrades will go through rigorous training to ensure they fight at their full potential.
There are 4 different roles to choose from when joining the COA. New members will be able to become either Ground Assault (Soldier), Air Assault (Pilot), Protective Bodyguard (Guard), or a Hitman (Agent). One month after joining the COA, members may apply to the role of Captain, which is an honorable status. Captains must've completed training (COA Boot Camp), shown that they have good leadership skills, and be on GTA 4 only. Captain is currently the highest rank that any player may acquire. Captains can lose their privileges easily, though, if enough lower ranks are complaining about bossiness. The Captain's job is to help out lower ranking Comrades in achieving success by directing them in battle. In the COA, it is very critical that captains maintain a strong relationship with their crews.
Crews will be made up of 4-5 players each. Soldiers are assigned to a crew that best suits their playstyle. If they do not like the crew they're in, they can request to be swapped into a new one. Each crew will consist of 1 Captain, 2 Air Assaults, and the rest is optional.
Roles: Soldiers- Use the APC tank to defend the clan base or attack the target area. Be a Special Ops unit in an annihilator that will drop you off in search and destroy missions. Make sure you get your weapons and body armor as fast as possible, because the annihilator pilot needs to pick up more than one Special Ops unit. Pilots- Use the Buzzard to defend, distract, or attack enemy pilots. Use the annihilator to extract players from the "Danger Zone." Annihilator is also used to track down fleeing buzzards. Lastly, the annihilator is used to transport troops to buzzards or a target area if ground troops are needed in order to eliminate threats. Guards- These Comrades will focus primarily on guarding the clan base from infantry. Hitmen- These Comrades work as Lone Wolves. If you are a hitman, your job is to hunt down the suspect and wait for the perfect opportunity to plant a sticky bomb on their vehicle or snipe them. Try not to let the target know that you're following them.
Even though Comrades pick one of these roles as their title for their PSN, they are not restricted to only one role.

| QUOTE (COA-LEADER-JAKE @ Monday, Aug 20 2012, 22:35) | Thanks man. We just got 3-4 new members today. I asked them to please make GtaForums accounts, so they can give the COA some feedback.
If you have a new idea on rules, events, or jobs, feel free to post about it. Just don't post twice in a row, because it is considered bumping the thread. Instead, you can go back and edit your post. | Hey no problem, just tell me if there is something you like on UDOSAD's page and you'd like me to incorporate it into yours.
