i just finished the damn challenges on the flying school.....before that i was disappointed from the driving school golden reward which should be a nice car but it gives some trash retro car.....its still better than the hunter i did not recive when i finaly made all 10 chalanges with a grade of 100% all of them....reloged 2times and still it didnt spawn nowere....any ideas to help?

From that Video I consider that you finished all storyline missions.
The mission "Up, Up and Away!" will make the Leviathan Helicopter spawn in Hunter's place. But that only happens when you get to the Airstrip from the Easter side. Try getting at the Airstrip from the Western side.

sometimes the 'prizes' don't spawn all at once.
Which version do you have (V1, V2, V3)?
Which OS do you have?
Did you modify the game in any way?
Did you finish the school in gold when you first did it, or did you go back at a latter time?

Did you install the game from the Original DVD?
Are you playing with that DVD in the Drive?
