But to max out IV, you obviously need a better GPU, but that CPU isn't going to cut it for full max settings.

It's definitely enough for medium, maybe even medium-high (but this might be difficult with just 512MBs of VRAM). CPU is very good and it would max out the game IMHO.

Depends on the screen resolution, on 1680 x 1050 and 512MB VRAM, you're really pushing it on medium. You'll be able to force high textures, but you'll have to cut draw distance to <10 and kill the shadows.
My card is comparable with that one, so it's a first hand experience talking here suicidal.gif
