The Cobra Cartel was made 1963 and originated in Texas where the local border hoppers had to carry 20oz of dope with them while crossing.The leader at the time, a young Italian Mexican man who made it across the border called Jose Da Franchi.He set up a system where he would pay border guards to let the Hoppers with drugs in to America, and the rest where either shot or arrested.Jose finally moved up to Los Santos and brought his gang of cut throats with him.He established a Drug dealing empire and another system of debt collecting.He soon was flushed out in the 80s and set the gang aside, he died in 74`.His young apprentice brought the Cartel back giving it the official name of the Cobra cartel, his name was Juan Lopez.He quickly got to the point and shot down the leader of the Falcons, who had destroyed the original Cobras Drug empire.Juan left with 4 of his loyalist men to Liberty city.He sent his best organizer to Texas and his Recruiters were sent to Portugal and Spain to recruit members.He then made his next move, he talked to the Falcons and organized a meeting in Vice City.He knew for a fact that the Cubans didn't want the Falcons taking a piece of their city.Juan talked to the Cubans and told them to go to a hotel where the Falcons would stay.He met up with the Falcons and gave the a pay off over the murder of their leader.Juan promised to give them 50% of their profit once the current leaders and their top men lived.When the Falcons returned to the Hotel they were surprised to find Cubans in all of their rooms.The Cubans tortured the Falcons and finally dumped the bodies in the swamps of Vice City.The Cubans took the compensation money and never bothered the Cobra Cartel.

The Cartel is spread from Italy to Bohan from Bohan to dukes and then New york The Cartel is from Italy so we do everything italian style but we dont do that anymore because johnny carlo s son changed the ranking system but we are Italian at heart. The Cartel tries not to start gang wars becuase of the reputation if the cartel has a gang war with anothar clan then they will be trouble becuase the Boss wants to only make peace. Although, if you mess with them then they will kill you and your family. The cartel doesnt only do drugs but does all kind of things example assassinations and robbery and more. Only Cartel members are allowed in the House becuase they dont want alot of atteention that a mafia live their and if you close enough next to the house you can hear echoes of the dead.

Rule Number One
Respect the people in the clan dont talk back to the Boss listen to what others have to say when the Boss starts talking you start listening.The Boss is the only one aloud to give the order nobody else.Do not start a fight if you cannot not finish it and only the Right hand man and the gangsta and the Solider are aloud to talk to the Boss.

Rule number Two
Dont be a rat meaning dont be a snitch dont lie to the godfather and respect the code of the Cartel.Be loyal to the clan The cartel should come before your own family. Be ready to defend the boss and the Cartel.Be a team player and dont tell lies about the cartel or about other clans.

Rule Number Three
Have fun but be serious to.meaning while you having fun dont go over the top.When the Boss tells you something to do you do it even if you have fun.When you in a clan battle be serious but at the same time you should enjoy the way you play Because the cartel is about Fun and serious but the cartel is based on the clans trustworthiness and is based on Money Power Respect.So Remember Fun but Serious.

Rule Number four
Be nice Meaning be kind respect each other dont swear at each other help each others in time of need. Example If the Boss gets angry at you dont start saying stuff behind his back just say yes Boss sorry Boss or even if a members swears at you just say thank you and tell the Boss That a member swore at you.

Rule Number five
Dont kill anybody until boss says so.If you do not follow this rule and you kill somebody and just say they were our Allie that would start a battle maybe even a war between the 2 clans so if you want to kill somebody ask permission before you do it or at least know the information if their our Allie or not if you wanna kill an enemy Then start Reloading.
