So I go out of my way to explain that my thread wasn't about that particular thing, and it gets deleted anyway? Well I won't mention it this time if it's that big of a deal.

Who here has the original version of the game, before the recall/Greatest Hits came out (mid-2005 or so I think)? I want to see how commonplace they are.

Sort of, my DVD broke a year or two back, but I still have my original V1 game installed from long ago via the use of a No-CD Crack, I believe. I used to have the game on PS2 as well (the original), but that one has unfortunately been given away.

Huh, What are you talking about-there is NO Philip Island in the game? Is that a typo/mistake OR a Mod you have installed?

Anyway, V2 came out in June of 2005 for PC...so, I reckon there are very few copies of V1 available...I still have the original 2005 version(from Wal-Mart #990 bought back in June 2005)-even though it is V2....

You do know there are legal game downloads right?-ie. Steam, D2D, Amazon.com, Gamestop.com, etc....So, it is not necessarily illegal-depends on where the game is downloaded from..Just a heads up.
