Nor have Rockstar ever used E3 to release new info about a GTA game, to my knowledge.

Yeah by Microsoft...announcing a deal between them and Rockstar Games over GTA IV. Hardly an unveiling...

I'm actually pretty disappointed there was nothing shown from R*, i really thought there would be something shown, or at least mentioned.
But this E3 has been a bit of a let down overall, apart from the Last of Us, Beyond, Watch Dogs and maybe Need for Speed (i don't know why), there's been nothing that has really caught the eye this year. And as for the Wii U, the least said about that the better

Anyone who expects GTA news at E3 is either not paying enough attention or delusional. They aren't even there showing anything behind closed doors, like they've done in the past. That further reinforces my prediction (made after watching the teaser trailer), that GTAV will not be released until 2013.

Game of the show for me was easily Dishonored. Watch Dogs and Star Wars 1313 were cool but they've not been confirmed for consoles yet. It's obvious, looking a the graphics on them, that they'll be out for the PC though.

Tomb Raider was a bit too on-rails for my liking. Assassins Creed 3 still looks good.

A bit childlike to be honest.

GTA 1 & 2 weren't exactly masterpieces (Even for there time) so they couldn't expect huge hype over GTA 3. They should of just been happy that they proved people wrong and then got the attention they deserved the next time they did an unveil.

My point still stands that they have been at E3 for Grand Theft Auto in the past.

Well now that E3 is over and done with, here's the 720p MP4 files ripped from the PSN to get a better look at some stuff:

Hate to say this, if it was you who uploaded all of them, but I guess that's why we have sites like Youtube...

Quality is better here, ...except Way of the Samuari 4, they compressed that WAY too much, but for CG Cinematics like AC3 and Hitman, the quality of the MP4's here are much higher bitrate than YouTube so look a bit better.

I understand your point, but at the end of the day, regardless of the quality of the video, it's muc easier to load up Youtube ad watch multiple videos on there than it is to download them all individually, especially the size of some of the files, especially since they basically show the same thing off.

Meh, I'm going OT anyway.
