What is the best Desktop or Laptop that can run GTA IV and other pretty demanding games easily? Budget is $1200.00 and site I would use is Ebay or some other site that accepts paypal. Some of the ones I picked are here, or this or maybe this desktop which is a custom build that can be tweaked. Any ideas on what kind of computer to get that fits my budget? Thank you very much. Both desktops are minblowingly terrible value for money. They're pretty sh*tty, and yet they're priced like they're made of pure gold. $229,99 Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16819116504 $399,99 GIGABYTE GV-N670OC-2GD GeForce GTX 670 2GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16814125423 $139,99 MSI Z77A-G45 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813130645 $74,99 Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16822136769 $42,99 PNY XLR8 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16820178382 $59,99 SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze 520W ATX12V http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817151093 $17,99 LG ELECTRONICS GH24NS90 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16827136247 $59,99 COOLER MASTER HAF 912 RC-912-KKN1 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16811119233 $72,99 Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2 2.5" 64GB SATA III http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16820148441 = $1 098,91 Newer CPU, way faster GPU, better motherboard, higher quality power supply, and a better SSD. This setup is great, but I think a higher capacity HDD would be better. Like this one: 2TB HDDAnd that's within the budget, so yeah.. This post has been edited by GTAfanBG on Monday, Jul 9 2012, 13:07

wow it all looks great and I can't believe I could get a comp this strong for this price. Except I'm not really good with computers and have no idea where to get help who can assemble it. Is it possible to assemble it myself and not mess the whole thing up? This post has been edited by Alkline on Monday, Jul 9 2012, 15:53
