Okay since I just bought GTA IV I have problems:
1. Most objects don't appear. They appear invisible. I am playing on the laptop though.
2. I want to download ZMOONCHILD's starting save but there is no "Save Games" folder in rockstar games.
3. I can't save my game. I have to log in but RSGC won't allow me to log in. It says I have an invalid password.

Anyone who could help well thanks in advance

Where exactly in the game you experienced the issue (start screen, while playing the game, etc.) while playing the game, right after starting "The Cousins Bellic".
What version of the game you have (retail, steam, other online store) idk
What is your OS:Win 7

invisible objects is a problem that frequently appears when the game workload is too huge . it happens with traffic improvement scripts for example . check this topic and see if it solves the problem
savegames are located in ...\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames

Please post your full system specifications.

Also, in order to load a different savegame, you'll have to use Xliveless. That changes the location of the savegames folder to \Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames as jpm1 mentioned above. If the folder doesn't appear, you can start a new game, save, quit and then check the same location again. The folder should have been created.

Your laptop is too weak, that's why some objects disappear. You can fix this by increasing the draw distance, but it will lower the FPS badly.

1) Try this:

Make a .txt file. Name it as Commandline.txt. Play thye game and see if the textures return.

2) Did you patch your game? (Must be around 1.0.1.0-1.0.7.0) Do you have Xliveless? Here is a great tutorial about Xliveless: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=452840
You need it to play the game.

3) It happens with the older version of RGSC. It doesn't lets you to login. Click "Skip Login" to continue or else patch your game with the latest patch (1.0.7.0) There is another trick though:

I guess so, in Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames.

It's normal.

Check: C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\appdata\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV

Yes, you have some sh*tty GPU. I am sure the error report might be: Please Upgrade to a latest Video Card.
Sorry man but Patch 7 won't work for you. Try Patch 4. You can use Google.
