GTA IV Missing Textures (Fast PC, Steam)

My textures always disappear!

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Nov 7, 2010	I have GTA IV 1.0.7 on Steam I have installed many mods and I still run pretty well on high. But when I install my car mods the textures slowly dissapear the longer I play, but sometimes in multiplayer they won't also when I put in my graphics settings mostly high or very high, it says im exceeding the video memory limit but I have 3gb of VRAM on a single GTX 560M! I have the latest Nvidia Driver, 12gb of Ram, and an I7 2670QM 2.2ghz! it is a very capable PC, and GTA runs fine without my car mods and I don;t want to get rid of them! by the way i have almost every car replaced. PLEASE HELP, I CAN"T DOWNGRADE TO 1.0.4 I HAVE TRIED LOWING THE VIEW/DETAIL DISTANCE BUT NOTHING I HAVE TRIED WORKS!
