I used the tool to spawn a hunter.However,when I entered it I can't move at all though I holded X button,and I can't also use its cannon.Other choppers can't fly either.But there nothing wrong with the cars which I spawn.Why?

To get them to work put them in to the garage and enter them.
From Armadillo to Hunter,doesn't work because de garage door won't clear enough.Only the VCN helicopter can be save in the first safehosue.
