You should take a look at this topic, very useful. Just give it a read, check out a couple of websites, install a few fonts and in no time you'll be making great art. tounge.gif

All you need is very basic knowledge on how to edit the text you're using in Photoshop.
Basic text edits (colour, size, position etc) are quite simple, it just takes practice and sometimes patience to get text to look nice depending on your preference.

There's a list of tutorials that can be found here: Graphics Design Resources.

Hopefully you can find what you are looking for in that section.
Good luck. smile.gif

I'm just going to put this out there because I had no idea what the f*ck blending option's was for about... three monthes? blush.gif You want to right click on a layer and then it will give you "Blending Options".

I fail at giving instruction's, so here;

Also, I'd play around with them (Sharp, Crisp, Strong, and Smooth) because they come out differently on different text's.

You can double click on the later to bring up the Blending Options as well.

If you really want to learn some things about Photoshop; first just play around with thing and I don't mean just seeing what each blending option does or what changes when you use different Layer Options, but also right-click everything, use different modifier keys (ALT, CTRL, SHIFT and so on) on everything with different tools and when you click on different things. For instance when you ctrl+click on the preview window of a layer in the layer's palette it'll select everything in that layer. Basically just play with the program and don't worry if you screw something up, if you are worried that you might make a change and save the file that screw it up then work from copies.
Next read and/or watch video tutorials, for newbies more so ones that shows you how to use different aspects of Photoshop. Bert Monroy use to have a weekly show called PixelPerfect that you can still watch most all of the episodes http://revision3.com/pixelperfect It's from one on using the Pen Tool that I finally figured out how to use and and have been able to make better and faster selections of things to cut them out of an image. DekePod is also good more so the Top 40 set of videos that starts here on page 17 to get to the other go to page 16, then 15 and so on. That's not to say other videos he has aren't good, I just haven't watched them.
