VC-MP needing 1.0 patch to play?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 28, 2012	Hey I got 1.1 patch..VC requires I guess 1.0 to play servers..where and how can I downgrade so I can play it? Win 7, 64B, (Steam Game) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto Vice City http://www.vicecitymultiplayer.com/?a=download Also, I get like 500 error pop ups when I close the VC-MP..is that becuase its windows 7 lol? Anyways, thanks.
