Hoped to post some vintage 1960s Shiloh of which Don Henley of the EAGLES cut his chops in, well Glenn Frey was in Longbranch Pennywhistle, but as things go, some Alt Rock Chick stole Henley's old band's name! TRAVESTY of JUSTICE yet again in musical history

*For years I thought this song was actually about an alligator, and listening to it - it is hard to think otherwise. Truth is that back in the day a Parole Officer was refereed to as an alligator.

When Metallica covers Budgie, you don't get the real feel of that band, they feel like Prog Rock steeped in that 60s style that this thread represents, or how it transformed into the 70s. This moment in music is pretty significant because of how media brought music to the masses... It broke from tradition into long form with a lot less demographic marketing I believe
