[B] whenever i move the dsound.dll in my gtaiv directory my gta IV fails to start.... and it shows that gta IV has stopped responding... my friends say that the all mods dont work with original gta IV... is that true?? i want to fly over liberty city... please help.. reply me on my email address... i dont visit this site daily... so please help me friends.... reply me as soon as possible........ when you install a mod first thing to do is to read the readme . as there are several patches for IV , all the mods won't work with all patches . if each time you install a mod you read the readme there should be no problem . dssound is an asi (script) loader , i suggest for running asi scripts to use xliveless that does the same thing but has also a very useful GFWL bypassing function

You should patch up to 1.0.7.0 than download the xliveless asi loader and scripthook. Put the files into your GTA IV main directory. After this you should get the mods working.
