Someone else has probably already come across this but I don't really understand what happened. I was redoing the mission "Saint marks bistro" just because I like that mission, but the flight time was taking too long so I set the plane on course and taped down the X button (Consol version) then went to get a drink while it flew there independantly.
When I got back I was standing outside the Las Ventuas hospital so it was obvious that the plane went down but the Mini map had a shade of black over it (A bit like the Balla, Grove and Vagos turfs in Los Santos.
I paused the game and the whole map was coverd in gang terratories, the desert, the mountains, even the ocean. After doing a bit of exploring I found that:
Green: Grove street families
Purple: Front yard Balla's
Yellow: South side Vagos
Black: Forelli/Sindaco/Leone famlilys
Red: Mountain cloud Triads
Brown: Da-Nang Boys
Orange: Those odd people who hang out in San Fierro and wear white Boater hats over neon head scarfs (Also in smokes crack palace)
I don't really get what happened, I've already played to 100% so I know it's not part of the plot. It's pretty fun taking over terratories in other places (Grove now runs Caligula's casino
) But as you know your own members don't actually take over terratories so I never have time to do anything due to having to defend my own terratories. Woozie seems now rules most of Ganton with a fury of AK's and SMG's. That's the bad thing about the glitch, no matter what you're wearing Allying gangs like the Triads attack you constantly and Rival gangs like the Mafia don't do anything.
Does anyone know what happened and why? Or why Rockstar disn't put this consept in the game?
