I never did it better than 80% because of a wierd aiming bug ! It's always says that i need 70% Accuracy but I always have about 30% Accuracy ! what should I do !?

You don't have to get all the targets in one attempt to get 100% - you can do them for each mission over multiple attempts.

Trying to get the headshots and the accuracy stat together, for example is much harder, because it is easier to get the accuracy if you go for body shots. Try the auto shot gun with explosive shells. It will always be difficult with any of the automatic weapons.

So what you're saying is that I have to use pistols? not auto weapons?

I've always found that the M4 Carbine is the best weapon to use if you're going for the headshot requirement. It has a better zoom than the Advanced MG and it's easier to control the bursts down to one shot at a time, without ripping off four or five rounds at someone's head and wasting 4 hits. It was the best weapon to use in "Party's Over" and I obtained the headshots and accuracy requirements for that mission in one playthrough.
