It's just some other trailer, and a trailer park is a fitting place to find a confederate flag, considering the kind of people who still fly one are trailer park types.
The Confederate Flag isn't about being racist. If you know anything about the south in the 1860s, it was about much more than that. Was slavery and racism part of it? Yes but economic and social differences, state vs. federal rights, and much more were the reasons the south didn't want to be part of the U.S.

The Confederate flag doesn't symbolize racism but let's not kid ourselves here and say that most times it isn't used to display racism. I doubt this is Trevor's trailer. More likely it's the Lost's territory. I would be surprised if that flag did belong to a Lost member since they were heavily against racism unlike the Angels of Death. Maybe this chapter of the lost doesn't hold the same morals as the the Liberty City chapter. Another thing while I'm on the subject of The Lost, I thought they weren't planning on expanding? Seems like there was a split in the chapter or something.
