I got the free download from the Rockstar website and came on here to see people saying the radio stations were numbered wrong in the game files, like the police scanner was playing while on foot, that problem. So I did what they said and re-named each file to one lower (Track 9 --> Track 8) and it fixed that issue. Now there's no stations playing while walking around, the police chatter only happens in emergency vehicles, the pickup plays the country station, etc, so that's great.
The thing now is I notice there is no music that plays when I am riding on a bike or driving a bus (both coach and normal). When I was re-naming I didn't know what to do with Track1 so I re-named it to Track10 but it didn't change anything. So I tried again with naming it Track0 and still nothing.
Is it just bikes and buses don't play radio stations in this game? It's not a huge deal since I rarely drive either, but it just seems odd.
