So i encountered the random character Eddie Lowe and i was told by a friend to visit www.Whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com. When i go there and i visit that Eddie Lowe page about 'friends' it shows alot of green dots on the map. So i was kinda thinking i'd find bodies there or something. But i visited one and i didn't find a thing. What is this map for?

It's for the Random Character locations.

I found those maps extremely stupid and hard to use, as they didn't actually tell you exactly where the location was, but rather the general vicinity. What was worse was that sometimes the dot represented multiple locations in that area, and in the Pigeon map's case there needed to be two maps in total

Eddie Low's page simply shows places you can bring friends on activites I believe, and random character locations are actually a seperate page by SaneJane.
