i cant pass the mission "alloy wheels of steel". They say to put the tanks in front of the bikers but it doesn't work and i still lose. So if anyone has any advice plz tell me!!!

Two methods to get past the mission.
1. First, don't stay in front of any of the other bikers, nor in their left or right because they might simply crash into you. Try to stay as far away from them as you can. Slow in the curves and don't get hopeless if you fail last at the beginning because they always crash in something because they ride fast. Also, don't go on the sidewalk because you could either crash in someone or just in the electricity poles.
2. Upload your save game at gtasnp.com and click Browse. Then search for the C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\GTA Vice City User Files\GTAVCsfx.b where x = the number of the slot you saved in (from 1 to 8). Then click upload and go to the Save N' Play topic and post there the mission you want to be passed and the link you get from the upload site. There will be someone who will pass the mission for you.

Get used to the layout of the race checkpoints. Attempt the mission a few times and drive around yourself on a Freeway/Angel when you've learned the route. Just keep your eyes on the road and focus on not crashing. As said above your opponents crash themselves a lot and are not as good bikers as they seem. You should be able to gain the lead after the first two turns in the route.

For future reference, you don't need to use Rhinos if you want to make the bikers fall off their machines. It's easy enough using any long vehicle (like the firetruck which you can get right to the North). The opponents will take the outside lane on the first bend below Skumole Shack, so you can park it right in front of the lamppost there.

An additional trick that can make the race easier is to morph with a clothes icon...so that you are standing rather than sitting on the cycle. This ability will prevent falling off the cycle if you crash into something, and it will last so long as you don't use the shoulder buttons (although handbraking will also remove it over time).

So probably the easiest way is to park a Freeway in one of the Hyman garages, then go activate the mission's intro using a Firetruck or any long vehicle. Position it at the lamppost, then run toward the camera to reach the Hyman condo (doing so helps the last-used vehicle remain in memory as it retreats in the distance). Use the clothes on Hyman's roof to morph with the Freeway...then ride to the starting line. The firetruck (or whatever you used) should still be present.

If I'm not mistaken we can just throw one of the bikers of and take his bike also there bikes are better in handling ,can someone confirm that I'm right

No confirmation needed...the "Super Angel"'s attributes are well-known.

A morphed Freeway is still better, tho (for the crashproof property). Or a morphed Super Angel...if you've already stolen one in a previous attempt Setup of an additional barrier would differ from the above, however...since garages eat the Super Angel's attributes.

Just jack one of the bikers bikes before the race, this automatically starts the race, but you're left with one less participant.
Just bide your time, stay behind them, and they all WILL fall off at some point.
I don't think i've ever done this mission without them hitting walls, going the wrong way, etc.

i tried so many times but i still can't do that mission ...Many say that they crash into the poles and in the walls...Yes they crash but not the one who is leading and everytime i get 2nd place please tell me any easy way to do this mission even by the cheats....!!

When trying to win, never depend on the mistakes of your opponents. Best would be to not make any mistakes yourself. When you start the race, simply let them take the lead, because as it's been already said, they're going to lose it anyway. Do NOT crash into ANYTHING while riding your bike, as the smallest bump throws you off the bike, losing time and armor / health. Do NOT try to take down the power poles because you get easily unbalanced and again you fly off the bike. Try to cut corners as much as possible, but always be careful to not crash into anything and fall off the bike. Never try to cut the way to a car that might possibly turn, because you'll crash and fall off the bike. Simply focus on the road and try to do the route while not in the mission, practice with the bike, and try to not crash at all, it'll help you in the race - as said above, the opponents WILL crash into at least one thing, and you should be able to get past them quickly.

Besides, if you'll still find passing this mission close to impossible, I strongly suggest you then to request the mission to be passed for you by somebody else. Simply upload your save game here and post a request in the Save N' Play topic.

Super angel as mentioned earlier... jack one of the other bikers bikes and use it... it has perfect handling and is faster-- you should be able to catch them on this as they make alot of mistakes-- especially that last turn they go way out in the field....

If you happen to lose, just keep the super angel you just jacked and use it again... it is almost impossible not to win on that bike...
