ok i have VC deluxe nd i have a question how to change name on cars for example i download renault 4 gtl and name of the car still mini cooper how to do this

Open up the GXT file and find the car name in there, then change it. If you're playing in English it's american.gxt or english.gxt, for Italians it would be italian.gxt, etc. Should be in the TEXT folder.

Won't open, you mean? Search the web for a GXT editor, there should be one around GTA Garage somewhere. Sorry I forgot to mention that.

For VC? It should. If your changes just aren't being saved, try cleaning out your AppData folder's Rockstar Games subfolder.
