Hello, I've been working on a Tommy V skin in my spare time and I liked how it turned out. I decided to add some final touches to finish it and I felt like releasing it.
I'll see what the comments and feedback will be and then I'll release it if you people like it.

Well VC is set on 70's or 80's?
and IV is not

I retextured "Jeff" which is an encounter in the game's story. So it's a ped model but you can play with it using a trainer or player selector. About his age, I kinda made him to look olderb ecause it fits the story and all, though I have tried to make him look like he does in VC but failed because of the head model that differs too much. So I decided to make him a little older/badass looking. I'm currently uploading some in-game screens.

Edit: I'd like to rig it for VC/SA sometime but I can't convert IV models(Have no idea how).

Looks good. I think his older style fits IV better. VC was set in don't know but I think 84, so it have to be about 20 years, so I think it fits well.
The Shirt looks good I like it.

Thanks, I can't imagine Tommy wearing a different shirt than his old VC hawaiian shirt, he's just really attached to it.

Awesome work on the texture, skintone might be a bit darker (seeing as Tommy Vercettiy had a bit of a 'browned' skintone). Also, don't be afraid to make him look a tad older (=> more details in the face). The 'older version' still looks a tad too clean in my opinion.

Great work anyways, texture quality looks superb!

It doesn't look like Tommy at all, it's just a Tommy Vercetti "Clothing pack" more like it... but even the shirt doesn't look right.

I think its not supposed to be the original tommy
just an older look of him

Yeah indeed, needs more palmtrees (=> vc like shirt). Well, the palmtrees need to be clearer instead of so pale. And what I said above.

And what do you expect from a model that doesn't look like Tommy Vercetti at all...

Oh also: why not give him some grey hairs? Not that he has to have 100% full grey hairs (or 100% brown coloured hair). Just put some grey hairs in between. For realism/aging purposes .
