Anyways, I think you can run the game fine. I am going so nostalgic right now as I had seen this kind of PC ages ago. But, once you install ENBs, sh*ts will get real. I recommend you Medium Settings though as you can hang up your game. You PC looks too powerful for GTA 4 (nobody has said that stuff ever in this forum ).

I know, I was being ironic with all that. Still, if he really has that kind of PC, it would be still a joke. But, seriously, what would be the FPS on that kind of PC? I want to know.
