 Why is it slow motion?

 GTA IV is running as a slow motion video

Hello Guys

When i launch GTA IV I get a slow motion in every thing and it starts very very slowly , i don't the version of my game, my OS is win Xp SP3
My pc:Intel core 2 duo (3.00 GHz)
Nvidia GeForce 210
2 GB of Ram

and i checked System Requirements Lab and it said that i can run it i tried every thing and i launch it with game booster

Any Suggestions??????

It's not slow motion, it's just running at a low FPS, due to your hardware not being capable of running the game properly.

Set everything to the lowest settings at the Graphics tab in-game, then see if the game had a notion to change its motion That was undeniably sh*te

Is this the problem you're experiencing? If so, I have to advise you that I haven't seen this problem fixed. Usually it happens on lower end hardware, but not always.

mkey82, I believe that problem only occurred on AMD processors but I could be wrong, hence they released a "Core Timing Fix" patch for those with AMD dual, tri or Quad core processors.

That very well could be possible. I just know it wasn't bound to any specific GPU manufacturer.
