Perfect Dark for sure. I've been hearing things about Perfect Dark Zero, being a prequel really, coming out for a good 5 years now, and nothing. If that were to come along, I know I'd have to get whatever console it was on. And I agree with you on Mafia, that was a f*cking awesome game, and we can never have too much of that. Half-Life 2 also, there wasn't one thing I didn't like about it, and I do hope there's more. Expansion soon I hear though.

That was supposed to come out on GameCube ages ago. It would have done wonders for the console, I would've bought a GC just for that game.

But Deus Ex needs a sequel. One where you play as Paul, after the Helios ending. Or maybe even playing as JC. Having JC's new 'abilities' would definitely be a groundbreaking thing.

-Grand theft auto(stating the obvious)
-4x4 evolution(desperately needs a third installment)
-Sega GT 2002(sorta coming in form of forza, but still no true sequel)
-wreckless(the first was amazing, really needs a second)
-super monkey ball(yeah they just released deluxe, but we need more mini games)
-Test Drive(& test drive offroad)
-Transport tycoon(bring back the original tycoon game with full 3d graphics)

Sip, Locomotion is the sequal to transport tycoon. Although it was a little over done and it wasnt 3D. Personally, Deluxe was the greatest TT. Theres no need for flashy graphics when the gameplay is great. I think that 3d would ruin it a little.

Rector, I agree. IMO Invisible war kind of ruined it by being a different person. Although it was a great game in itself. But it would be cool to be JC or Paul right after the collapse.

Here's a surprise, Kill.Switch.

I throroughly enjoyed the shooting and hiding mechanics in that game. Too bad it didn't really reach it's full potential. It's got no replay value and it doesn't get you into the story. If the game doesn't come up with a sequel, namco should at least reuse it's shooting mechanics in a new game.

Actually, I just googled Mafia 2 and it was announced that they were working on it in 2003, but nothing else was ever said.


Edit: Ooookay, now they say that the lead designer of the game was fired, and that Mafia 2 won't be comming out any time soon.

but the Game was also never officially announced.

Freedom Fighters > Freedom Fighters 2 (Working Title)

Well, the original was all about overthrowing the invading faction (which they accomplished), I would like to see what the FF's life is like after the war.

One game in my mind that has potential to be a good working title, is True Crime 2. We can argue and whine all day about how much the first one sucked (even though I enjoyed it), but that doesn't mean they don't have another bat up to prove they can make a better sequel.

And one of the most obvious ones is Marvel Comics' The Punisher. Since Frank Castle has a bucketload of enemies and challenging groups, it would be enough to make 3 games.
