What's Chrome power? (Is it the steel reflection?)

Uhm... why don't you look it up yourself? Just set for example chrome power to 0 and look at car. Alt+Tab the game, edit the chrome power then to 100. Save the file. Get back to your game and see difference. Same goes to the others.
