I just want you guys to realize that when playing in a (Team) Deathmatch will result in you getting into a game with these kind of people. This game is as compatible with turbo controllers as some of the games in the old days were, I'm sure you can remember playing a game in the 80's or 90's and using a turbo controller because it was so easy! This is no different, I'm telling you!
This game's community has sadly decreased by almost half, not because it is old, not because the game sucks, its an AMAZING game. The reason is, casual gamers want to hop on to play this game, and when they get good, they play with auto aim on disallow, and run into these guys. They think to themselves why they are dying so fast and they die so slow, and realize that they are cheating, and never play the game again, because no one has done anything about it.
Please, do the community a favor! REVIVE COMPETITIVE MULTIPLAYER!!

Well, as it seems you don't play on the console versions, this wouldn't seem like a big deal to you. The videos I posted show Turbo controllers in action, these are commonly used in GTA IV multiplayer today. You wouldn't know of this, because PC version already have pinpoint accuracy, so it wouldn't be different to you.
In a way I must agree, because we have similar problems. And Rockstar just won't do anything about any kind of cheating. That is why I ask to submit tickets and get them to realize that something needs to change. You dig now?

A glitcher. It's sort of like shooting through the wall but not really. It's a player who hides behind a wall and shoots his opponent, but his opponent can't shoot him at all.

^ Exactly.
And I know guys. Its just almost actually depressing to see such a good game be taken over by people like that, and no one does anything about it. I have never seen a game this successful, with a community of so many people, let alone a game under Rockstar's name, be taken over by these people. It's just, like, why? Why wouldn't Rockstar do anything about this?
Along with pilots. I mean, if you're a good pilot, and you are fair to other players, rock on, man. But if you're like these mediocre pilots that do nothing but spawn kill the entire free roam game, then wtf.
Don't know if you'll remember bruno, but the other day I hosted a tdm, and put it on colony with rifles, just so these f*ckers stayed / didn't kick me out.
I had my mic on, but took it off when all I could were arab kids squealing on the mics like little pigs for colony and rifles...
After the hideous game, I switched mode to TMW, most left but one clan stayed and got easily beat, CH4OS_ or something like that, I switched back to TDM, but this time standard and in the docks, three times these guys messaged me, firstly weapons - rifles, then health reticule - on, then - colony island etc... so yeah let's rename colony island to turbo island, and let those cocksuckers play there all day.

Every TDM i'v gotten into is with these turbo guys. Really. I mean recently of course.
They are always either rank 8, 9, or 10. They always have some craaazy looking names, like, for instance, XSX VETERAN XHX, MaRa13 xIFiReIx, SCORPIONxKINGxxx, XzARMEGEDDONzX.
But I played a legit clan the other day with turbo's all on one team, a couple guy on my team, and their clan. They were called Kinq. Their gamertags were all Kinq I. Like, Kinq I Fiqht or Kinq I Hoodstar.

Kill you in less than a second, your body with FLY back instead of just dropping. And when I mean fly I mean fly backwards flipping. It's just unfair. Look at the videos I posted and look at the related videos too.

Pardon my ignorance here, but how do you know when someone is using a turbo? what are the signs?
Get familiar with how much damage the bullets of the automatic weapons do, as well as head shots (which do the same amount of damage for every weapon, except the sniper rifle). A headshot takes away almost all of the health or armor (it leaves a tiny bit, so every next shot you get hit by will kill you). If you notice that your health goes down by big chunks that do not match the amount of a headshot (it's either more or less), chances are your opponent is using a modded controller. This is because you get hit faster by the bullets than your game (and its connection to the other player's game) expects, so it "catches up" by giving you more damage at once. The same principle is valid for "bullet force". If you get shot by a lot of bullets at once (as with a turbo controller) and the game does this "catching up" on the moment you die, you'll receive the accumulated force of those bullets, making your body fly backwards violently. So that's another sign of a turbo. A third sign is if your opponent reloads a lot, especially if it doesn't seem tactical to reload (while in shooting range, for example). Some people say they can also hear it, but by my experiences your game always translates your opponent's fire rate to the fire rate it "knows" (the fire rate you get when you hold down the trigger with a regular controller).
So to summarize:
1. Your health goes down by big chunks that do not match the amount of damage a headshot does. 2. When you die, your body flies back with great force. 3. Your opponent reloads a lot where it's not tactical to reload (in range).
In this video, you can see the accumulated force at 2:22 and the difference between their perspective and your perspective (the difference in perceived fire rate) at 2:51:
Now, any of these 3 signs alone are not a reason to accuse someone, as it may be due to connection problems or them just not being very tactical with their reloading. But if all three signs are shown, then I think it's safe to assume they're using a modded controller.
