We have found this in the vechicles.ide of Max Payne 3 -

If this list is assumed to be even partly true then there is obviously snow people , now i know that most of you already read through all that and know that already. But if there were to be snow then where would it be ?

Did a little research over internet and found that snow is mostly in the northen part of California. So North to Los Angeles and mainly close by places that receive regular snow are Mt Baldy, St Bernardino National Forest and the area around the Big Bear City

These can be the closest places for us to use our Bobsleigh i say!

Here is a quick view of the locations mentioned above -



Now there is some space for discussion here. Not only the size of the map would become huge but what if "St Bernardino National Forest" was included. We already saw a dog in the trailer, now I don't think
would only have dogs in the game. There have to be a few more animals. We have already seen tons of animals in Red Dead Redemption.

the mountain area will have snow because red dead redemption had snow so i wouldnt put it past them and snow veicles are possible because san andreas had combine harvesters for the country side area!!!!!!!!!

I grew up in southern California, San Fernando Valley to be specific, and I can tell you there is indeed snow in the mountains. We used to have a cabin in Wrightwood which is near CA2 and CA138 and is about 6000 feet elevation. I learned to ski there. Wrightwood has 3 ski areas and they all make snow because natural snow is not always guaranteed. There are also ski areas at Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. They are all close enough to the L.A. basin that you could make a day trip to go skiing.

If GTAV has snow in it I suspect it will be like RDR Tall Trees where the snow is always in certain areas in the highest elevations of the mountains. I wonder if they have figured out how to do deep snow? Or moveable snow. The snow in RDR was just surface snow. Either way it will be cool to have a plow truck and a sno cat.

If sam(or dan?) Houser said that the map will be very big, I expect it to be huge. Snow and stuff like that could be on the mountain. Would be a nice contrast. Beach and snow in one game.
