Niko could use an LCPD uniform while doing vigilante missions so the police stop shooting at me.

You could go to your safehouse, get into your police uniform, and then start your vigilante missions. You would still technically be a vigilante, since you are not a real police officer, but the LCPD wouldn't shoot at you when doing vigilante missions.

I think it is annoying when I am getting shot at by police while doing these missions.

I know man, that would make the game so much better. I think they should make more hidden clothing items for you to collect. For examle:

Police Uniform- found at a police station.
Doctor Uniform- found at hospital (I know it is in, but only in a single mission).
Firefighter suit- found at a firestation.
Prison Uniform- found at the prison (alarms and a 2 star wanted level when you try to leave with it)(instant 1 star wanted level everytime you are seen by a cop).

The police go away the second you complete the vigilante missions, so do it quick and there's not a problem. Since people say there's too much money to spend, buy some grenades and toss one to deal with the pesky gang activities, that way you don't have to cover behind your car and shoot lots (and attract the cops). Just toss a grenade and while it's sizzling, shoot away.

Criminal on foot and in car are easy to take care of. Hit the first with your car and the last with your bullets.

I wouldn't mind a cop uniform though. Just helping out with the vigilante problem.

when you reach those "check" points where you need to pay 5 dollars ,well when you are in a cop car you dont need to do that,you can just go and brake the barrire (sorry for the spelling) and the cops are not gonna chase you. also when you make the lights on all cars are trying to free the way for you...thats useful i think ,you probably already know it but...

It would be extremely useful, when I am trying to sneakily evade the cops in a police car, they always recognize me in a cop car due to my civilian clothing. If only I could have a cop uniform .

They didn't always shoot me when I was doing the vigilante missions... but it would still be great free romaing and being able to go to the police area without getting wanted stars.

And it's been dissapearing from wardrobes randomly. I've still got mine, however, on all four of my completed storyline savegames.

What I'd like to see, however, is the option to take the stethescope and ID badge off the scrubs. Without those, the top would be great with a pair of Modo jeans and tennis shoes. It doesn't look that much different from your average t-shirt, and all Niko has available are jackets and suits, and neither take long to get old, considering most are just one model with a lot of different textures.

@Erados: The second I saw that, I thought of Niko, swaying around drunk, yelling "Yeellooow caaaar!" after calling for a taxi. Weird, huh?

You know you can change the pants. Just select the doctor uniform, then exit. Now when you re-enter it'll let you change the pants.

There are Russian cops in NYC.

I know Niko's not Russian, but they have a similar accent.

I like to use the FIB car and wear a black suit when doing vigilante missions that's about the closest that i think we can get to a police uniform unfortunately

You should get a Police Uniform for Cleaned the Mean Streets, and the N.O.O.S.E uniform for One Man Army.
