If you what you are doing than why are you asking us? -_- | because when i enter in the bios, at frequency and voltage control, cpu clock rate and ram frequency are , i think, locked, i cannot select them... Why?

Judging by what I've read thus far, I'm guessing you have an OEM motherboard, CPU, heatsink, and case.
I'm assuming the clocks are locked on your OEM BIOS. There are ways around this, but for the sake of your PC I'm not going to explain them to you. You risk every piece of hardware in your system, and possibly burning your house down. All for maybe a 1-5% increase in performance. Not worth it.
If you overclock your CPU, you will fry something.
End of story.
