They posted a 'vehicles.ide' file that was apparently leftover from the files in Max Payne 3's 'common.rpf' file. The problem is, they had no proof they could open the RPF, or that the files they were finding even existed. Most people believed it, despite this. A few pages back people started making a fuss about the lack of proof, then Fantaseb tried to prove that he had been in contact with Rockstar by supplying a fake email address. By proxy, Twisted89 also lost a lot of his credibility. Now nobody believes it, and rightly so. Unless you can prove the file exists for yourself, don't believe what two random idiots on the internet are telling you.

Curious, most curious... as far as I know, GooDNTS is one of/the only (?) developer of OpenIV, a program that's used to open (among others) .rpf files.
The current version can not open 360 MP3 .rpf files, but apparently his new version can... and seems to contain the same stuff Fantaseb and twisted89 claimed.

Black is his own private program, OpenIV is the public version. Black can open files from the console version, OpenIV can't.
EDIT: Twisted89 is definitely telling the truth, his list of files for the common.rpf archive is legit. Here's what Twisted89 posted for the common.rpf.

Check GooD-NTS' video at 0:32, it matches up. Definitely real. Why would Fantaseb show a fake email though? We know the vehicles.ide is real (and that we were wrong about it being faked), but Fantaseb pretended to have contact with Rockstar Games. I guess we all seen he was lying about that, and were too quick to assume that they were both lying about this data as well. In any case, we have proof that their findings are real now, so what's next? I'm excited about snowplows
