Hello everyone, Today, I'm going to review a mission made by SatournFan. They're part of his Life In San Diablo series. Please click on the link below in order to view the topic: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=493368Now, it's time for the review, - Writing: Excellent. There are no noticeable errors in grammar and the text is easily understandable. Also suitable text colouring is applied depending on the type of objectives. - Presentation: Very good. All the cutscenes are perfectly timed and focused. Effort has been put in by giving the actors suitable animations. But down point is that the hiding and spawning of the actors is visible during the cutscenes. Highway to Heaven - Length: short, as it takes only about 3 minutes to complete. The player, Matt, has to go to the skate park and then has to complete a time trial given by TJ. - Difficulty: Easy. The time trial track is a clear highway and this makes it easy to complete it. However there is very little time for compensation of any errors, so the player has to be careful. - Variety:Could be better. Characters include Matt and TJ. Vehicles include Bravura. The mission was easy. It could have been made better by having some random cars on the road, which could have provided a bit of challenge. Also teleport objective could have been added after the hiding/spawning of actors to avoid them being seen doing that in the cutscenes and also they could have been easily accommodated because not many objectives had been used in the mission. Nevertheless, the designer did a good job in making the missions and should make them better in future by perfecting them.

Greeting everyone. This time I'm going to review a mission named Run or Die by ThaBoy. This is the 8th mission of his mission series called Grove4life: Kings Of Ls. Here's the official page: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=495857Let's get going to the review: Writing (Very Good) I found some little spelling mistake; all of them is missing its letter. So, you should be careful and check again the words. Presentation (Very Good) All of the cutscenes is well positioned from the beginning until the end of the mission. I loved the cutscenes when P2 was jumping at the ramp with the bike. But, it could be better if you add one more cutscene when P2 is on the air. Length (Good) It can be done in 5 - 6 minutes. It consist of driving to the garage at Doherty while being chase by the cops and FBIs. Difficulty (Medium) We must go to the destination through all the given checkpoints. We must be careful while riding the bike because we may be hit by the cops. There are also a roadblocks that may stop our way on. Variety (Excellent) There are a ton of objects and cars. I loved how you decorated the garage. Well done, ThaBoy. Overall, this mission is very excited to play for someone who loved a run mission. There's a part where you could jump off the ramp at the road while running from the police. It's very nice. But, there's a little thing that looks annoying. When we reach the checkpoint(I forgot which checkpoint is it), the ped's cars disappeared suddenly. Yes, I noticed that you use the objective "No peds, no cars". You should put the objective from the beginning of the mission, that is after objective 0. But, don't worry, it's just a very little mistake. Last word, nice mission, keep it up and don't give up. Greeting everyone. This time I'm going to review a mission named The Beginning by ThaBoy. This is the 1st mission of his mission series called The Splinter Cell. Here's the official page: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=499523Let's get going to the review: Writing (Very Good) There are a 2 typing mistakes found. Both of them is writen 'you' instead of 'your'. You gotta check this twice, ThaBoy. Otherwise, very good. Nice used of words. Presentation (Very Good) All of the cutscenes is well accurated. The information in the cutscenes is very useful for a players as it contain a tips. Length (Excellent) It can be done in 10 - 12 minutes. This mission consists of driving and get to the checkpoint in stealth mode. Difficulty (Hard) We'll role as Sam Fisher, known as Splinter Cell, must get to the warehouse that full of guards outside. As a stealth mission, we're given a knife and silenced while the enemies have a different types of weapon. They have a high accuracy that may kill us in no time without a covering. So, we need to plan our strategy and learn their movement. Variety (Very Good) There are plenty kind of weapons and actors used in this mission. The objects used are same; that is crates. Overall, this mission is good for someone who loved a stealth mission. The enemies' routes are pretty hard to learn since they have a lot of guards guarding the warehouse. It may buy us a lot of times to determine our next step. Besides, a crates is placed correctly for us to hide from the sight of the enemies. Good job, ThaBoy. Last words, nice mission, keep it up, and don't give up. Hello everyone, Today, I'm going to review 2 missions made by KaRzYr6. They're part of his The Story of Leroy Kingston: Remake series. Please click on the link below in order to view the topic and find links to download them: www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=495161Now, it's time for the review, - Writing: Good. There were very few noticable grammar errors like use of were instead of we're and sometimes some letters missing. Appropriate text colouring was also used for different objectives. - Presentation: Good. Even though few cutscenes were used, their focus was very good and they were also timed well. Warehouse attack - Length: Very good, as it can be done in about 8 minutes. The player, Leroy, gets a call from Sgt Johnson and is told to destroy a warehouse full of drugs. The player has to pick up a stash of weapons and armour, then go to the warehouse where he has to kill the guarding mafias. After the mafia are killed some gang members who are there to pick up the drugs arrived and they also have to be killed. Then the player has to plant bombs nears the drugs stash and destroy them. - Difficulty: Easy. Even though the number of enemies is large, the molotov cocktail given to the player can easily wipe out all the enemies. - Variety:Very good. Characters include Leroy, Johnson, the mafia and some gang members. Wepons include pistol, baseball bat, molotov cocktail and SMG's. Vehicles include sadler. Pickups include weapons and armour. Racing against all odds - Length: Good, as it can be done in about 6 minutes. The player, Leroy, gets a call from his brother, Jamie. He is told there is a race. Leroy goes to Jeffro and gets a better car, alpha. After that goes to the racing start point where he has to win the opponent. - Difficulty: Easy. The mission mainly includes driving from one area to another, so the player only has to be careful with his driving. The race becomes easy because of the bugged route points. - Variety:Decent.Characters include Leroy, Jamie and Jeffro. Vehicles include The missions are designed well, with no bugs and glitches. But the story element can still be improved because the missions were kind of random whereby the reason the events that were taking place were not explained. Also the difficulty of the first mission could have been improved by giving the player less powerful weapons. Nevertheless, the author did a good job in the designing of the missions and should keep up with it by making even more better missions.

Greeting everyone. This time I'm going to review a mission pack named The Splinter Cell by ThaBoy. He requested the 2nd & 3rd mission to be reviewed. Here's the offcial link: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=499523Writing (Very Good) No typing mistake found in both mission. The words used is good and can be understandable. Presentation (Very Good) The cutscenes is well accurated. There are no much suprises in the mission but I loved to shoot the barrels as it can kill multiple enemies. We don't know, you're alone.Length (Excellent) It can be done in 10 - 11 minutes. In a warehouse, we'll need to kill all the enemies to get to the 2nd floor. Difficulty (Hard) It's pretty hard I think because there are a lot of enemies blocking our way to the 2nd floor. They're using a powerful weapons such as m4 and their accuracy is set to the highest; that's 100. Variety (Very Good) There are plenty used of actors and weapons. The objects are well arranged at a good position and the structure of the warehouse can be considered as a "zig zag". Finding KobinLength (Very Good) It can be done in 9 minutes. As an ordered, we must get to the office inside the factory/warehouse to find a man named Kobin. Difficulty (Very Hard) This time, it's harder because there are much more enemies than the previous mission. They've a high accuracy and used a very powerful weapons such as shotgun that can kill you in just 2 - 3 shots. Some of them has a headshot 'on' while some of them is turned 'off'. Variety (Very Good) Plenty used of actors and weapons. There are a little used of objects such as a door for the office. Overall, I loved both of them. They are hard but very fun to play. It's great because we're given our own choice to reach the last checkpoint; whether to use a low profile or high profile. I used stealth as it bring more interestings. Nicely done, ThaBoy. But, there's a mistake I found in the 3rd mission. In the cutscene at the beginning, there's no door at the office, but it appeared suddenly after the cutscene. You gotta spawn the object from the start. Last words, great mission, keep it up, and don't give up. Rating: 9.3/10By Arejai. This post has been edited by Arejai on Monday, Feb 6 2012, 14:40

Greeting everyone. This time I'm going to review a single mission named Who is Woo? by ThaBoy. This is the 1st mission of the chapter 2 in his mission pack called Grove4Life : King of Ls. Here's the official link: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=495857Let's get going to the review: Writing (Very Good) Found only one typing mistake; that is 'loations'. It's supposed to be locations, right? You missed the 'c'. Otherwise, nothing wrong and still good. Presentation (Very Good) I can say that all of the cutscenes are accurately positioned. Great. I loved the cutscenes at the strip club on which the chinese man drove P2 out of the place. Good thing you put a humour in it. Length (Very Good) It can be done in 8 minutes. It consists of driving to the enemy's hideout and some shootout. We're a given a time to steal a package from the enemy and send it to the strip club. Difficult (Hard) We're given an MP5 and the enemies used a different kind of weapons. Their health is set up to 100-500 I think, and some of them has a high accuracy that may make us hard to move. Really need a good covering. Variety (Good) Not so much used of actors. There we can find a kind of weapons such as AK47 and M4. Overall, this mission is a good beginning for the chapter 2. You put a suspense in it that can make people want to know the next. Really nice work. So, nothing to say here, good mission, keep it up, and don't give up.
