I don't know is it possible or not so I thought asking you guys it will be helpful for me.
My question is is it possible to spawn peds and shopkeepers present in Burger shot or Cluckin bells to appear in any house or place behaving exactly the same way as they behave in the restaurants.
I need to to know this because I have made a mod by which most of the hidden interiors are unlocked there I found a restaurant named rusty Browns or something like that .It was visitable but there were no peds eating neither any shopkeeeper selling.I want to know is it possible to make them appear there ??
If yes please can you supply me the code ?Thanks

OK thanks but I want to change that person so I think I would have to ask the author's permission i guess.And it is in CLEO I want that in SCM format .Any help .I want it in my upcoming mod GTA 2012
