Hey Guyz..

I have completed lost and damned to about 72% on my PS3..Im going for 100%..as i have seen the checklist..I see that in Random Characters..i have done 1 mission out of 3..I cant find Malc..he is not on my map..do i have to find him manually or wat?plz..i really want to do malc missions..

Check the map Maphere.

You just need to go there and he appears on your map and you go next to him to start mission. If i remember right he was fixing his bike at sidewalk.

I went there too many times also now but malc is not there..

There was another topic on this issue. Anyway. The random characters appear in sequence after certain missions. They appear on the mini map just like the mission character initials do. They appear just like the random characters in IV but you don't have to be passing through the area. I've gone through the game twice and that is how I found the random character meets.
