-novblank is no vsync but for some reason adding it here gives me better performance,without it i get popup,i just force vsync through inspector and it works great.....very wierd in the way this game works


These settings seems to work a bit for performance (and the popup-issue). At some point there's still quite some pop-up though, but more in the distance.

One thing is really weird; These settings introduce health-regeneration for both me (the player) and AI.
I see cops shooting offenders and they won't die. Then I tried shooting people attacking me and they won't stay down.

Why the heck is this happening when I've only changed these settings?...
There's literally nothing else that I have changed. I don't even use trainers or anything. Just car-mods and this TrafficLoad-script.

Seriously, I'm this close to forgetting getting any more use out of this messy game.


PS: How do I know which version of TrafficLoad I have? I've only downloaded it yesterday on the GTAMod-website, so I take it would be the last version right?

i love this traffic fix but the game crashes if you explode cars in traffic other then that i love it

I wonder if somebody has taken a look at the code and improve on my worthless code.

Anyway, GTA IV is up and running on my laptop with iCEnhancer and somebody re-sparked my interest.

Aside from fixing the code again so it just works, and this time compiling it as release instead of Debug (hence the msvcr100d.dll errors, my apologies), any new wishes? Also if you have taken a look at the code, suggestions? I'm out of ideas.

a perfected version of the traffic fix with no crashes if you explode cars and possibly no texture loading issues would be AWESOME

a ini that let's you set how rare cars are would be welcome too

and ofcourse EFLC support

My hardware is still crap, but oh god, your 2.1 looks so pretty. Even though the GT630M is worse than my HD4830, at least it has more VRAM and it can play on high textures easily - just the GPU intensive tasks are what makes it slow down.

I'll check the better traffic fix :> maybe I won't need to de-f*ck my own version if he's got a fully functional one.

EFLC should be supported. Just look up the filenames for the DLC cars and put them in. I'll think about a way to catagorize more rare cars, at this moment they have a 50% less hit rate, compared to other cars.


Allright. I found Anti Taxi Bug V1 and the bastard did not even get the source and recompile it, he just took one of my old versions and removed the config file even.

Oh, apparently Chikamru's version is the same too.

Why won't people at least recompile it before re-releasing it again under their name?

location based spawning would be nice too you see one car once at one place

Does anyone know why when I try to change the density of pedestrians/traffic using the config file, it always just completely eliminates all of them. I drive around on empty streets no matter what I set it to.

I'm experiencing the same issue!!! confused.gif
I thought the mod is capable of regulating/reducing the cycle size as well! I'm a noob
so bare with me please, though i'm not an idiot when it comes to handling simple drag and
drop with files with the correct versions biggrin.gif

I'm also experiencing some really abscure ctd's. It's pretty difficult to know when one will hit,
completely random, i guess confused.gif

I'm using latest 1.0.7.0 with 0.5.1 script. It's a pretty cool mod no less. It's just those random ctd's man!!

hey i get texture problem in gta eflc

i added a car pack,,,a traffic,,,and some car mods

and the texture is always missing can somebody helpme???

my laptop spec:
-intel core i5
-8gb ram
-nvidia geforce 610 2gb ddr3

I just noticed the log and I too have this issue. The crashes are starting to get to me and I'm wondering how to fix?

when i use this fix my gta cant load textures of the city ;/
i have a core 2 quad 2.83 GHz, 4gb ddr3 1060 and my gpu is a GeForce 250 GTS..
i think my pc is not enough to this traffic load

Sorry, I haven't been able to figure out where I did things wrongly. Anyhow, the source is in the first post so if somebody is kind enough to check it. You can consider I gave up on this fix. Plus GTA V is released in less than a year.

@philipe
It's mainly my fix, even people with very good hardware have problems.

I just downloaded this mod, because I really needed it after the game started loading all the same cars, however it's not working. I still have big rows of the same cars spawning on the Streets, the one i drive usually. I just copied the two files .asi and .ini to my main game directory, like with every mod, so what am i doing wrong? hope you guys can help!
