Okay, so recently tried to install GTA SA for this laptop of mine. It works, but for some strange reason every 5 minutes or so in the game, it just stops showing it and views the desktop. No, it does NOT crash. The game's still running but it just stops showing the game.. is this some kind of memory problem? How can I fix it? Please respond. Oh, and I apologize if this was the wrong part of the forum to post on... I'm new here. :\

**EDIT**

I've also tried the following:

-Restarting my PC

-Re-installing SAMP

-Re-installing GTA SA

-Un-installing all mods

Are playing the DVD in the Drive?
Which version did you buy?
What is your OS?
How much Video Dedicated Memory do you have?
How Much RAM do you have?

I'm not playing a DVD.
I didn't buy the game, I cracked it.
I'm on an HP Laptop, Windows 7 Home Premium.
Not sure.

It may be the amount of memory on your laptop causing your problem and that why it is stopping and returning to your desktop screen.

But I've run other games like NFS World that require more memory and they didn't do it. Only GTA SA does it. Any way that I can fix it?

-Edit-

The game doesn't stop, it runs but it just shows the desktop screen instead of the GTA SA screen. The mouse also gets stuck to the top left of the screen as well.

Edit #2

Oh, and when I try to start up GGMM, it says 'TXD Corrupt'. Does this mean that my GTA SA nay be corrupt? I've downloaded the game off of the same site on my other laptop and it seems to be working fine. Why not on this?

History: I got the BSoD and re-installed Windows 7. Could it may have not installed properly?
