[gta v fanatic]

Does anyone notice when your playing online and somebody dies and they re spawn and you shoot them but it doesn't effect there health at all and they shoot you and you die? I find this very annoying especially when im doing good in death match. Im just seeing if anyone else recognizes this like i do. And also i feel like its way quicker for a car to catch on fire then it is on the story mode. What are your thoughts on this?

This is called the respawn shield, after someone respawns you must wait 5 more seconds before you attempt to kill them otherwise you're just wasting bullets and they can kill you easily without taking damage from your bullets.
