The first photo shows what appears to be a map of the east island split into two parts, along with the Prawn Island. The second one, is the most interesing for me, I haven't seen a building with this shape. It could be beta. The third one is the famous "ghost tower". It can be seen in the distance, but once you get to it, it dissppears, like on this video:
It would be nice, if you told us, where you find those thing exactly in the editor.
Oh we're back to 2003 again. This has been found since then and yes these are beta leftovers, apparently the VC airport was going to have another tower and Fort Baxter would be bigger.

Yep... for one-- look at the north side of the airport (north terminals)-- jets back there-- but runway curves around and is nowhere near big enough for a plane to take off-- however you see a plane landing over there in the background in the opening cutscenes....
Originally the runway back there when north-northwest straight through where fort baxter is--

THe beta map is also shown on the race map behind sunshine autos-- and at least one of the indicated races is incorrect-- VC Endurance I think....
