A few sexual references:

Annis, the car manufacturer that makes the Pinnacle, and Enus, the car manufacturer that makes the Cognoscenti and Super Diamond, their names are both plays on "anus". Also, the Auto Eroticar dealership in Alderney is a play on "autoerotica", which means masturbation. Their logo also looks like a penis.

Notes: in the theme park, go to the giant boat, then, as the background on the wall behind the giant boat, there will be a reference to GTA:VC, and if you travel up towards the cups and sauces like ride near the gate, look on the wall behind that, and you will see a clear reference to GTA:SA
