GTA 4 PC (v 1.0.4.0) stuck at loading screen

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Feb 11, 2012	i use GTA 4 v 1.0.4.0 with full of mods and yesterday i played GTA for a while and it's run well and i'm going to save the game but i forget to dont press alt-F4 before the game says "saved successfully" and when i'm going to play the game again, the game was stuck at loading screen.. i have deleted all the save game file but nothing changes.. somebody help me!

Forced™ Group: Members Joined: Dec 31, 2011	Sorry but we can't help anything related to Mods. I recommend (We ) you remove those mods. If you don't know why it happened, simple answer is due to mods conflicting with earch other. Try the mods one by one. If you want to play many together then talk with the author. If he makes his mod compatible with other mods, then you won't occur with this problem (Not 100%). More question regarding Modding goes here.
