But more serious. Adding opcodes requires a lot of experience and i'm 99.9999999% sure you can't do it.

You can't do it if you ask how. The .qop file is compiled, look at the source code for an example.
Learn C++ if you want to add opcodes.

A person must be born to programming if he's going to make scripts, plugins or applications. The one who has no logical thinkincg, ability to analyze, debug and compare will always lack in programming area. If Michael was gonna be programmer he could search how to create exe himself.
C++ is programming language to compile exe, dll and other files.
