Unlike most other cars, the side windows can take several shots from a projectile weapon before breaking, but if the player enters a parked one, he will break the windows very easily with his arm.

You thinking things are "noob" is nothing new.EVERYBODY that has posted in here has come across something thats "noob" in thier eyes.The whole post is about complaining about players that play in a way that you dont like. You can be a martyr if you want but you wont get far bro trust me. Since then ive just manned up and just fight fire with fire. You seem to be searching for the perfect game bro you aint gonna find it here.All i can suggest is put the ego aside and start giving rather than receiving.

Ive had my share of really bad players also, but mostly cool players. I play on PS3 and theres about 3 people in the game that are completely annoying assholes and the rest of the players are people minding their own buisness. I play friendly FM and you even get a load of assholes on their, But one really cool player i met was GLoB1N, he minded his own buisness then i see one of these assholes blow up his car, he came to get a new one and he even let me get in with him, he picked up some guns and blew the assholes car up and when the asshole came out of the car... SMASH! This player killed this asshole just by crushing him into a wall. I love players that are not to be f*cked with but don't f*ck with other people the most. And what made me laugh is after he killed him he sent a message to me saying "Paybacks a bitch eh?" Lol this dude is awesome!

Haha well I guess I would be the team player, sniper, the one who goes collecting the best weapons (don't get killed so easily), good pilot, and well rounded up but still not as good as the experts that have been playing for years.

Also don't you guys think it's a little pointless to moan about the way people play, because the game is like that so obviously someone is going to do use those features. Sometimes I like to mess with people by doing some annoying things listed in here ( getting helicopter passengers and fly to the ocean then come back and jump safely into the water while the rest die when the chopper goes apesh*t at full speed into the city; mowing down with the chopper, and go up a high tower and snipe everyone) But I do know when to stop and not overdoit.

This game is about having fun too, and in GTA 4 is NOT a playground so you cannot expect everyone to act nicely and play fair since that would make it really boring. The only Annoyances I have is people who use turbo controllers as they can be dealt with but it's a mayor problem in modes like CnC an TDM/DM, people who destroy the getaway boat on CnC and somehow know were the boat is everytime ( I only destroy it when the high ranks team up against low ranks and slaughter everyone and the noobs just keep dying without doing something strategic like sniping the boss) and people who freaking lag since when you try to run them over they end up being behind you or is hard to kill em sometimes.

As I said, everyone will try to find a way to succeed/annoy even if it means doing repetitive cheap tricks and we all started as "noobs"but it makes it more challenging

Crimson, that should never be the solution.
I try to pride myself on being a fair player, so I hate to see a lot of high ranks vs an equal amount of low ranks, it's not fair and happens too often, probably putting off a lot of new players.
In situations like that, I can understand the temptation to destroy a getaway, but seriously don't. It's cheating. It's possible to kill even the best bosses through practise and determination. Keep trying, take risks and never give up. Use every weapon available to you.

On topic:

Arabic kids that lag, probably use turbo and only play on Colony Island Team Death Match with assault rifles. I hate these f*ckers. Always there whenever I want to practise shooting.

Well I do try but most of the times the other team has an spotless teamwork and only a few people on my team will actually gather some weapons and plan something out... One of my best strategies is get helicopter, sniper and rocket launcher and try to get the boss when he won't expect it.. problem is that if I miss then they will send someone to hunt me down and they wont leave themselves open to get sniped.

I know It's not the right thing to do, but It's really annoying that they team up against normal players and there won't be a fair and fun game. I did highjack the boat today and put it under the deck

Well, if you see a dark-skinned female avatar sitting in a helicopter shooting the living crap out of the opposing team that's probably me. I tend to spend a lot of my time in copters which makes me very unpopular mainly because they are hard as hell to hit until you are using an RPG or actually have genuine talent; I commit ''pilot error'' and get wasted or I'm too busy gloating and watching other enemy players running up alleyways while I'm humming ''The Ride of the Valkyries'' to myself to notice somebody who does know what they are doing ... and them actually doing it! I'm not a bad driver at all, but prefer the comfort of a well-armed gunbird. ('gunbird' is my unofficial nickname around the office for this reason).

I'm a mix of the Sniper,Team Member with a little bit of Skilled.I am average with guns.


Anyway,this one is typical:

The Whining Noob -
They normally drive around in helicopters and shoot everyone.Basically I dodge them and they end up crashing the heli or dying miserably.They get off their helicopters and they simply camp with an RPG,or even worse,they enter an interior and if you come to kill them,they act suicidal and kill you both.This is a mix of some other Player Stereotypes.

Also,I'm this one in FM when I feel like stunting or something:

The Runner -
They run from everyone and people usually chase them.They can evade cars and do parkour stuff that some people can't even do.They know most of the map and places and they can evade people easily.
They sometimes get mad and get a bit of an advance while you are chasing them,hide behind a wall and hit you with a bat until you die.This type is not to be underestimated since they can be a real threat if messed up with.

They are becoming rare now.

Also,another one:

The Fail Stunter:
These always use one of those three: Infernus,NRG or Sultan RS.
They go at high speeds and normally crash into walls and do stunts they don't even know how they did them.Also,they land on top of people and try to run them over.Death enemies to the helicopter pilots,which get mad at them and just blade them or blow up these cars.
Do not confuse these with the actual stunters who can stunt and drift with a truck,if needed.

Pardon me for bumping the topic if anyone objects.

In general whenever I'm online on PS3 I display the following tropes/stereotypes.

The Skilled One- I'm good on foot with any of the better weapons in the game, I take cover from buzzard noobs, I know how to drive, etc.

The Team Member- I usually look for someone to team up with in freemode or I play with my friends. If you team up with me I will help you out in general, be it from killing people who are bothering us, flipping a car back over for someone if they flipped it, or just get them out of hectic situations.

Sniper- I try to build up skill whenever I'm using the sniper, I'm not great with it but I can get long distance kills with a sniper. I can also snipe someone out of a chopper if I can line up the shot.

I'm generally a nice guy in freemode but take note I am not to be f***ed with: get on my bad side and I will do anything I can to kill you, be it from using the APC or the Annihilator, to using the Combat Shotgun from police cars or the M249.

If you see me on PS3 I'm usually on TBOGT driving or flying around the city but you will mainly see me in Alderney.

Mr Vain (#2)
Another form of Mr Vain. This one is a skilled driver and shooter, usually goes for clans and f*cks them up all on his own. When suddenly a random guy, in this case, me, comes along and kills him 3, 4 times.
He stops attacking the clan and simply goes after you. He is so vain, when spawning again, he rushes for the next best vehicle only to chase you. Without preparation. Facing more deaths.


The hiding one trick pony
A guy not too skilled. He will die in simple drive-by-shootings, regular shootouts with pistols or smgs. He knows about his lack of skills and avoids open shootouts and usually hides somewhere with an RPG.

When he gets lucky and and kills you, he simply keeps on hiding, observing carefully where to drive to get away. When he's cornered and out of rockets, he leaves the game.

one for TBoGT - The sticky bomb bastard. Puts a sticky bomb on a car, acts friendly, lets you in then BOOM. or even lets you drive and tries to get away then BOOM - sometimes they suicide themselves. sometimes they just drive near you then BOOM

the pilots in buzzards is one as well they are really f*cking annoying make the game not worth it anymore, same with tank noobs, but they are not quite as bad.
