GTA IV Wont Load - No Shown Error

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Sep 7, 2012	Whats The Problem?: When I go to run GTA IV by running the normal "Grand Theft Auto IV.exe" that is put on your desktop when you install GTA IV, it waits a few seconds (6-8) and then a black dos window appears for not even a whole second, disapears, and nothing else happens. What I've Done: I have already tried restarting my computer. This is a legal copy of GTA IV. System Information: Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) System Manufacturer: Dell Inc System Model: Inspiron M5010 BIOS: BIOS Date: 01/09/10 Ver: 08.00.10 Processor: AMD Athlon™ II Dual-Core Processor 2.1GHz Memory: 4096MB RAM DirectX Version: DirectX 11 Hope you all have some ideas on how to solve this obnoxious problem
