After today seeing two drunk and disorderly peds in my neighbourhood -
Ped A - Old man, staggers across the street, throws up all over his arm and hand then tries to flick it off
Ped B - Drunken bum randomly muttering to him 'Oh sh*t I farted! Oh I can smell that it tastes like food! Asian food! Greasy asians, what are doing in this f*cking country! I gonna eat some Asian food! Harharharr who came up with asian food!'
No joke, that's what the bum said! Wish I recorded that sh*t for Rockstar to use!

Anyway I thought to myself I would hate to bump into peds that are drunk and being weird, maybe even following you around taunting and carrying on, it would be pretty freaky eh?
So what weird peds could we encounter in V?

Peds harassing you sounds good, especially if you can respond with positive and negative comments yourself.
There should be places where bums gather like in trailer, but those in the trailer look more like normal folks victims of the crisis. There should also be some really freaky ones in abandoned underground tunnels.

Peds trying to rob you if you don't have your gun out. Then when you pull it out they'll either try to attack you or run away scared (maybe they don't have bullets). Not really dangerous but just for comic effect, or it could tie in with your progress in the game. At first they're unimpressed but as you get more respect they do get scared.

If police is present they could even intervene and stop the ped from harassing you and beat him up if he doesn't comply.

They shouldn't be too obtrusive, though. That would get annoying. Remember the beggers in Assassin's Creed? Not like that.. a simple push should get them off your back (and no wanted star)

After RDR I'm pretty sure R* has/had that on their todolist for V.

Those bums you met are pretty cool though, we should petition R* to use them for motion/voice capture

Some great ideas there, I like the one of police intervening and telling the drunk guy to move on, but only occuring when you have upped your 'status' in the V world.
I get creeped out by muttering drunks, they are unpredictable like one minute they are just being quiet, then loud mouthing then bam they throw a bottle at you. I want that type of realism. Or they come up and start asking weird questions and a quick shove can get rid of them, making them stagger off to harass other peds.
The animation of their walking gait could be likened to appear zombie like.
I would also like to experience night club brawls inside the club and outside, these could be triggered at realistic time slots anywhere from midnight to 0400 and could include woman cat fights with bouncers jumping in to break it up or even placing money bets on the winner as a bit of humour!
Also want to see weird old bag ladies and lost elderly peds who can't remember where they live.
Another ped which could be really offensive is the 'flasher' at a park. You are just minding your own business when some 50 yr old guy opens his trench coat at you. Ewww

I love this idea! When I visited Los Angeles a few years ago I noticed that despite it is a beautiful city, there are a lot of crazy people on the streets too on all sorts of drugs and alcohol and I think this could be implemented into the game very nicely.

Wonder down a quiet backstreet in Los Santos, it's around 4am when you notice a guy laying in the bins mumbling to himself, before you know it, BAM! his whole gang of junkies are hassling you for anything you can spare, then you can decide how to handle the situation...

I think this sort of detail will go a long way in making GTAV the best sandbox game to date.

As you remember in san andreas near los santos in san fiero county there was suiciders photographs , they shooted few pics and went into watter an get drown in second , so i would like to see some people going onto freeways , and getter run overed , like you are driving in second line and some truck is going faster in third line then some psyho hops over security fence and get smashed by truck , ofcourse would be realistic if that truck would stop and in few minutes police and ambulance would come up but dont want to go to far with that , just cops would stand near by truck and talk with driver and medics would be doing something with body . Ofcourse i beleave that wont go that far as i said but something similar would be fine.

You could have your junkie type areas with bums and hobos then even in the ritzy Vinewood or Rodeo area there could be weird looking women with massive collegen lips, fake bazongas and heaps of plastic surgery. Like you see a women down on the ground looking for her lip that fell off. Or walking along you see a bit of plastic, zoom in with sniper rifle and it's a nose with 'M J' written on it. Just freaky stuff like that. I even want to see a few dwarves here and there, saying funny stuff like 'I may be small but my fist is level with your nuts' - heard a dwarf actually ranting on like that once ages ago!

I want crazy peds who talk gibberish to themselves. Maybe some crazy old dude muttering about a guy flying a jetpack through the city or follows you for a while asking 'Hey you got any oysters? I ran out of Viagra!'
Or an old guy feeding pigeons and he says 'Im fattening them up for my dinner' and he is covered in bird poo
