I was going to say the same thing.

Anyway Eddie Low creeped me out. The whole mood R* set was just brilliant. Early in the morning when it's foggy.

That laugh he does still sends chills up my spine. Mentally f*cked up is too nice of a word to describe the encounters with him.

I don't think either of the missions are creepy, the user track in the san andreas mod video was probably the worst thing.

Do you want creepiest mission ever? Try playing Kingdom Come (GTA III) during night hours (both in real life and game). I've almost shat my pants when I was completing this mission for the first time.

gta isnt scary, and i doubt it was meant to be. Manhunt is, on the other hand...
