[B] But i still can't get the BP/EP/FP/HP buffalo. I can't tow it. Can anyone tow the Buffalo into the Prickle Pine Mission: Missapropration

Notes: Please get the BP/EP/FP Buffalo and also pass the mission.
(Get the car b4 the man gets in it, the car is locked so i think u will need a tractor. a tractor will be available in the Prickle pine garage. Where the game starts)
(to get the buffalo fly the helicopter to Prickle Pine and get in the tractor and go to the top floor of the parking lot and tow the car to the garage) if u successfully hijacked the car and saved it just upload the saved file. all i need is the car i can do the mission.

Sorry mate, it just isn't possible. I got there with the Tractor way before the target, but the Buffalo is frozen. Can't moved, pushed, or towed.

well if it is not any trouble try this way;

When the target comes near the car kill him then the car will get unfrozen
