I'm sorry if this is ''trolling'' but i dont play gta on my computer so i don't use mods. I don't play on multiplayer either. Yet i keep hearing about this cheat device. I'm just wondering what it does and what it is ?

I'm a really old school player i play gta how it comes when i buy it. I don't even use cheats during playthrows.

its like a add-on plugin for psp gta games you can mod cars, make new constructions mods like new towns or edit locations make cheats use cheats... hack the game.
to use it you need cfw (hacked psp)..................
