not showing skins in skin selector

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Sep 8, 2012	When i bring up my skin selector, i go to special skins and none of them show up, i know they are on there cuz it makes noises when you scroll through. also, the civilian skins do show up, but when i select one, the game freezes and crashes. Please help me!!!
