Hello i'm gonna teach you how to make gta eflc dont lag so much .

First open your Options and go to Graphics and do this:

Type in this settings on the Graphics Picture.

And download gamebooster here

And after install of gamebooster (if you will run gta then) so in gamebooster press Boost!.

Why in the world would you lower everything down except the View Distance? Also why is vsync on?

You should worry more about lowering the View Distance.

Also I don't think the "lower the graphics" part is really necessary, I mean that's what anyone would do if the game lags.
